I won't say too much. Go to the article by Judith Mackrell, read it and watch the videos. She tries to analyze a couple of pieces by Savion Glover and Fred Astaire. Whether this is truly possible is hard to say, at least in these clips. Glover is a live performer, while Astaire is a movie dancer, and it's hard to separate a little film trickery from what's happening. But I guess, ultimately, it's all about the dancing. You can draw your own conclusions, but please do watch these clips. Radically different, they are both as good as it gets.
