Obviously the US isn't Poland, but nevertheless we are moving toward an agency economy (i.e., expectation of personal entrepreneurship in one's career v. working for a company for 40 years until they give you the gold watch) and women, especially in tech, face unique issues that these folks are attempting to solve.
